iOS/mobile path

Responsive first, native second

Build the Command Center as a private responsive/PWA-first Next.js app, then wrap or rebuild with Expo/SwiftUI after UX and auth are proven.

⚠️ APPROVAL NEEDED: Apple Developer, TestFlight, App Store, paid voice APIs, and public hosting remain approval-gated.

Safety boundary

Status route is read-only and runs no project mutations.
No OAuth URLs, authorization codes, or API keys are displayed or stored by this panel.
Live agent execution remains blocked until an approved Hermes/J.A.R.V.I.S. adapter and audit boundary exist.
