Night-and-day advancement lane

System Evolution

A local, read-only Command Center surface for visible D.E.V. improvements, next safe leaps, and approval-gated upgrades.

Status: ACTIVE — night-and-day advancement loop online

Green Improvement Protocol

ACTIVE — improvement protocol engaged

Apply Green to any target by inspecting the surface, changing the target surface itself, updating support artifacts, and verifying the result. Green is complete only when the target actually improves.

Inspect target surface and name the user problem it should solve.
Change the target surface itself, not just the description of it.
Update supporting artifacts like docs, tests, or bridge notes if the surface changed.
Verify the result with the live app, rendered HTML, or command output.

Pages

A workflow needs repeated human attention.

Create or improve a page that completes the workflow instead of hiding it in notes.

Buttons

A single safe action happens often.

Keep the action narrow, obvious, and outcome-based.

Panels

The user needs live status, summary, or health.

Expose current state, next action, and clear status in a read-only panel.

File-only protocols

The procedure needs durable, canonical instructions.

Keep the source of truth in a file and link to it from the UI when needed.

  • Pages for real workflows and decision surfaces.
  • Buttons only for narrow, safe, single-purpose actions.
  • Read-only panels for status, summaries, and live health.
  • File-only protocols for durable procedure and policy.
  • Hidden surfaces for unstable or premature ideas.
  • Cleaner labels, error states, navigation, and feedback.

Next Leap

Build Leap 1 or Leap 2 first. They are visible, reversible, and increase system capability without touching secrets or production.

Central Command Preview Freshness

Freshness Sentinel: PASS

Central Command preview freshness sentinel is green; required visible markers were verified on the latest recorded local/tunnel check.

Commander action: J.A.R.V.I.S. may reference /central-command as current, but should rerun the freshness check after any cockpit change or preview restart.

Improvements Made

  • The deterministic audit now identifies each job's dominant payload source, prompt share, largest-skill share, attached-skill size breakdown, and an evidence-only classification projection without the largest skill, so compaction reviews begin from measured root cause rather than blind skill removal.
  • Added a deterministic non-mutating preview that turns the pending D.E.V. proactive-loop payload repair into measured evidence: current versus proposed static load, exact compact prompt, skill resolution, canonical-path checks, preserved schedule/delivery/toolset/model/provider fields, and clean Markdown/JSON/Slack-readable artifacts.
  • Added a deterministic zero-token audit for recurring-job prompt-plus-skill static pressure and recorded context-overflow failures; integrated it into the proactive commander-cycle builder and commander evidence freshness index.
  • the zero-token N.E.X.U.S. creative-log audit now refreshes inside every commander cycle and its status/finding count appears in composite Markdown, JSON, Slack-readable output, and run-delta tracking, preventing fresh `ATTENTION` evidence from remaining operationally hidden.
  • removed the current highest-ranked evidence-hygiene candidate from the top candidate list by adding standard fields for work item, owner, inspection/change scope, tool checks, verification, approval/safety boundary, follow-up, and related protocols/logs; preserved the original Piper Slack/password-bridge note without claiming live Slack or secret-bridge work was performed.
  • removed the current top-ranked evidence-hygiene candidate from the operator-card queue by adding standard fields for work item, owner, inspection/change scope, tool checks, verification, approval/safety boundary, follow-up, and related protocols/logs while preserving the original historical status note.

System Impact

D.E.V. now tracks visible system leaps across Command Center, 11 agent upgrade lanes, execution infrastructure, and approval-gated expansions instead of reporting monitor-only activity.

Governance & World Tree

World Tree: The Systems World Tree (0ALekBrUCZ433Uk9PVA) is the canonical structural map for agent discovery, inheritance, and routing.

Canonical root: 0ALekBrUCZ433Uk9PVA

Model routing: Model routing now follows the standing governance rule: Tier 0 free/local first, then Tier 1 cheap API, Tier 2 standard API, and Tier 3 premium only for high-risk technical work.

Verification: HVCP says work is not done until it is verified, validated, tested, and delivered in a usable state. Do not assume success; verify it.

Commander Attention Radar

J.A.R.V.I.S. leadership

ACTIVE

Delegation packets, instruction-quality checks, and team-analysis loop are present.

Commander action: Use the delegation packet before assigning agents: mission, context, scope, safety gates, deliverable, verification, cadence, fallback.

Central Command Center

READY

Chair packet and 0–5 room smoothness scorecard are available for the next human-triggered Central Command drill.

Commander action: Chair the room with one speaker, explicit queue, decision needed, parking lot, and owner/next-action closeout.

Approval queue

APPROVAL

Pending approval items detected; J.A.R.V.I.S. should surface the exact approval line before asking again.

Commander action: If approval is needed, state the exact approve-able sentence and safety boundary before waiting on Stufio.

Next safe leap

WATCH

Build Leap 1 or Leap 2 first. They are visible, reversible, and increase system capability without touching secrets or production.

Commander action: Prefer build/wire/upgrade/create work over monitor-only reporting unless safety blocks the path.

Approval Needed

  • Live Command Center adapter
  • Connect real business data feeds
  • External/client-facing production or sales automation
