Manage the agent roster — update names, add new agents to the team, and toggle which agents are active. Changes persist locally and are reflected across the Command Center. This is a local-only staged configuration surface — no credentials, DNS, or production systems are affected.

Safety Boundary
Changes here are local Command Center records only. They do not modify live Hermes profiles, Slack credentials, API keys, or production routing. To activate a new agent in the real system, follow the agent activation checklist in the bridge notes and submit for J.A.R.V.I.S. / Stufio approval.
